I just discovered the Peking duck sliders at Red Egg. They are heaven. They make these sliders right at your table. First they start off with a light, fresh little white bun. Then they get perfectly cooked, sweet duck and put it on the little white bun. Next they add some cold cucumber and some sweet Hoisin sauce. When you bite into this slider your teeth sink into the soft bun and then you get to the thick layer of hot duck and the cold cucumber. Plus the sweet sauce gives it a nice sweet flavor. The duck sliders are very fresh and delicious.
